Tarteel processes Premium subscriptions through Apple and Google billing on their respective devices, and through Stripe on our website. We do not manage payments or subscriptions ourselves directly, so please follow the instructions below based on the platform you originally used to subscribe.

To request a refund for a purchase from Tarteel for:
Apple (iOS): Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
Google (Android): Learn about refunds on Google Play
Web: Send an email to [email protected] with subject "Refund" that includes your Tarteel username and why you want a refund
