How do I end my Premium Subscription?

Does Tarteel Premium support family accounts?
Tarteel Premium subscriptions are not connected to family accounts or individual devices. Subscriptions are tied to individual accounts created on Tarteel. If you want multiple family members to have access to Tarteel Premium, each family member will need to create an individual Tarteel account and subscribe to Tarteel Premium.
How do I redeem a promo code?

How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the "Account" screen of the app. While logged in, open the app menu, tap on "Account", and then tap on "Delete Account".
Why isn't my account's Premium subscription being applied correctly?
When you purchase your subscription from outside of the Tarteel app or log in to your account on a new device, sometimes Tarteel does not correctly detect your subscription status. To fix this, from the Account or Purchase screens tap on the "restore purchases" option. If this still does not resolve the issue, please contact us at

How do I get a refund?
